Insurance Associates of the Triad was established in 2004 but we actually have a 50+ year heritage of protecting the homes, cars, lives and businesses of our clients. Our roots go deep into the red clay of Randolph County but our branches reach out to cover the entire Triad Region of North Carolina and beyond.
The merger of two of Randolph County's oldest and most respected insurances agencies, Neely & Lisk Insurance and Mid-State Insurance Agency created Insurance Associates of the Triad. The Neely & Lisk Agency was founded in 1959 and was named a "2004 Best Practice Agency" by the Reagan Consulting Group. This high accolade is given to only 119 agencies in the US who exhibit outstanding management practices.
Mid-State Insurance was incorporated in 1949. Over the ensuing years Mid-State received many performance awards from the companies they represented. Client satisfaction surveys consistently ranked the Mid-State performance above 95%.
