T. Reynolds Lisk, Jr.
Commercial Lines
Reynolds Lisk is the President of Insurance Associates of the Triad. He is a 1980 graduate of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a degree in Economics. Reynolds started his insurance career in 1980 selling Life & Group Medical Benefits. In 1987, Reynolds began concentrating his efforts on the Commercial Property & Casualty side of the business in addition to the responsibilities of running the day-to-day operation of an insurance agency.
Active in the community, Reynolds has coached local area youth football and basketball teams. He has served on several local boards including the Mental Health Association of Randolph County, Episcopal Church of the Good Shepherd Vestry and Youth Group Leader, Local Chairman for Ducks Unlimited, Asheboro/Randolph Chamber of Commerce Board, Center City Revitalization Committee Chair, Triad Partnership Regional Workforce Development Board Vice-Chair, United Way Planned Giving Foundation Trustee and several United Way Campaign Cabinets, Randolph Community Partners, Randolph County Kids Voting Board, and Randolph Volunteer Center Board.
Reynolds's focus will be on all types of Commercial Property, Liability, Work Comp, and Commercial Auto Business. |

Charles A. Swiers, CIC
Commercial Lines
A North Carolina native, Charles moved to Asheboro in 1971 after graduating from UNC-Chapel Hill. He joined Mid-State Insurance Agency, Inc. in 1971 and began a rewarding and successful insurance career. He earned his Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation in 1985. Charles is a Vice-President with Insurance Associates of the Triad.
Charles has been active in the Asheboro Jaycees, served on the Asheboro Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, is a past president of the Randolph Rotary Club and is active in his church. He and his wife have four grown daughters and six grandchildren.
Charles specializes in designing comprehensive cost effective commercial insurance programs for contractors, manufacturers, retail businesses and businesses in the service industry. |

Richard Garkalns, CIC
Commercial Lines
Richard Garkalns is a native of Randolph County, a US Army Veteran, and a 1973 graduate of East Carolina University. He began his insurance career with Royal Insurance Company and joined the Independent Insurance Agency ranks in 1977. Richard received the designation of Certified Insurance Counselor in 1985. Richard is a Vice-President with Insurance Associates of the Triad. Commercial Insurance is Richard’s area of interest and expertise and he will work with businesses on their commercial insurance needs.
Richard has keen interest in community activities. He believes that it is more important to give back more to his community, through volunteerism, than he has received. He has had the privilege of being President of a number of community organizations such as Asheboro-Randolph Chamber of Commerce, United Way of Randolph County, YMCA of Randolph-Asheboro, Kiwanis Club of Asheboro, and Asheboro Jaycees. In addition, he has been elected and served on the Asheboro City Schools Board of Education. Currently, Richard is on the boards of the Randolph County Friends of the Zoo and the North Carolina Pottery Center. He is active in the Rotary Club of Asheboro and serves as a Deacon at First Presbyterian Church of Asheboro. |

Faye N. Callicutt, CPIW, CISR
Agency Manager
Faye N. Callicutt is the Agency Manager at Insurance Associates of the Triad. She has responsibility for Human Recourses, Commercial and Personal Lines Manager, and Agency Accounting. Faye has over 25 years of experience in the insurance industry. Her expertise is in Personal Lines and Agency Accounting. She has earned her CISR and CPIW designations and is an active member of the Randolph Association of Insurance Women.
A native of Montgomery County, Faye is married and has 3 children and 1 granddaughter. She enjoys walking, swimming, and home interior design. |

Jennifer Brewer
Agency Administrator
Jennifer Brewer is the friendly voice you hear when you call Insurance Associates of the Triad. As Office Administrator, she assists our clients with their payments as well as well as being involved with the handling of claims for the agency. She holds her Property and Casualty Insurance License for North Carolina. She is an active member of the Randolph Association of Insurance Women.
Jennifer and her husband Kevin have three children Megan, Adam, and Blake. |

Personal Lines Agent
Marian Auman began her insurance career in 1969. She is a member of our Personal Lines team. In her position as a Personal Lines Account Manager with Insurance Associates of the Triad, she is available to assist her clients with all of their personal insurance needs. Marian has earned her CISR and CPIW professional designations. She is an active member of the Randolph Association of Insurance Women.
Marian and her husband, Ken, reside in Asheboro. They have two sons and three grandchildren. |

Gail Davis began her insurance career in 1973. She currently holds a Property & Casualty Insurance License as well as a Life and Health License. She has earned her CPIW and CISR professional designations and is currently a member of the Randolph Association of Insurance Women.
A native of Asheboro, Gail is married and has one daughter. She is a member of Sawyersville Wesleyan Church. In addition to her church activities, Gail enjoys reading, cooking, and spending time with her family. |

Barbara and her husband, Dennis, are the parents of two children. She is involved in her church, First United Methodist Church and is an active volunteer with the Asheboro City Schools. |

BILL CROOM
Life, Disability, Health, Long Term Care Agent
Bill is a life long resident of Asheboro who graduated from Asheboro High School in 1969 and Wake Forest University in 1973. He worked in sales and management for over 30 years in his family business and recently decided to make a 'career change'.
He earned his Life and Health Insurance License and joined Insurance Associates of the Triad in 2006. His focus is to protect his clients financial needs in the areas of living expense, mortgage protection, college savings, as well as retirement planning using life insurance products. Bill will work diligently, on a personal basis, to ensure that the needs of his clients are taken care of in a professional and caring manner.
Bill is active in his church, Central United Methodist Church, having served on and chaired numerous committees. He has been a youth coach through the Asheboro Recreation Department for baseball, softball, and basketball. He enjoys golf and is an active NC high school football official.
